Once you've selected your home plan and your "must have options." We will generate a price that we can utilize to generate your sales and construction agreement.
Signing the sales agreement and construction agreement will lock in your price. We can now add you to our slot schedule for a home site evaluation.
We require a $1000 deposit within the first 30 days you sign your contract. Your sales consultant can discuss payment options with you in greater detail.
During the evaluation we will visit your lot and assess what will need to be done for development. We will then generate a guesstimate on the price of preparing your land for the building process!
While we prepare to build the home of your dreams, the land development needed at your lot should be underway! Not sure where to start? Land development will be discussed in detail with your sales consultant. We're here to help as you need us!
