Financing and Peace of Mind
The price on our website is our base-level pricing, which includes everything in your home from footers/foundation to your roof, finishes, fixtures, and even some of your appliances. Your home will be turnkey! The only thing not included is the cost of land and land preparation.
The cost per square foot can vary tremendously depending on your selections and the area you are building in. You can find our base pricing on our floor plans page for your area. For the most accurate price per square foot estimate based on your specific home, it’s best to take advantage of our free consultation to discuss your custom options and the most up-to-date pricing.

Yes! Once we start the building process, you will get the contact info of one of our Construction Managers. They will keep you informed through the process and give you regular updates. They will also tell you when the best times to visit your job site would be.
Yes, our warranty policy covers the first year. You will get a 30 day walk with a construction manager and an 11 month walk. You also get one free paint touchup during your first year.
