The Winston Plan from Red Door homes is an awesome layout for a new home.  I walked this home with my kids the other day and what really struck me was how much space there was on the main level.  The Winston is a little over 1700 square feet but feels much larger. We walked a home that was over 3000 sf right after we left the Winston and it really did not feel much larger.  The upstairs is really great as well.  My son actually ran laps around the master bedroom - hopefully they do not try that once we get them back home! :)
