Step 2: Home Site Evaluation
Our team will inspect your land (or prospective lot) to assess accessibility, slope, utilities, and other critical build conditions. We’ll provide a clear report and recommendation.

Step 3: Design & Customize Your Home
You’ll choose from our floorplans and personalize it with available options. From exterior styles to kitchen layouts, we’ll help you make it uniquely yours.

Step 4: Financing & Permits
We’ll connect you with trusted lenders who specialize in construction loans and guide you through permits, utility coordination, and other required steps.

Step 5: Preconstruction Meeting
You’ll meet with our build team to finalize your selections and go over next steps. While we don’t perform land prep ourselves, we’ll walk you through what’s required and connect you with local experts as needed.
